Almost all parrots can learn some words and repeat them. The best practise to teach them to talk is repetition. You know that. This is correct for every parrots you know. And we can parakeets to this list too. But timing is important. The younger your parrot is, the more chance you have to teach it to talk. So start immediately after buying one!
